    LEAP (Leadership Education Aligning Purpose) Customized Training
    We use a strengths-based approach to deliver training that achieves behavioral change. Workshops enhance your performance by emphasizing the practical application of skills being developed.     Coaching
    Coaching illuminates a new perspective, uncovers professional insights and provides opportunities to transform thinking. We help individuals work through roadblocks, develop strategic thinking and communication skills and build go-forward leadership strategies.     Change Leadership Coaching
    Accepting and managing change is a personal choice with organizational implications. It is especially difficult to navigate without an effective process if you are in a leadership position.
