Mikki Jo's education is in Marketing and Communications. She also holds a number of professional certifications that range across organizational resources assessment and action planning, organizational 360s, team conflict assessment and management, leadership facilitation, motivational style tools, and executive coaching. As time allows, she also earns credits toward an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Antioch University.
