He understands the challenges of researching with the right question in mind. He has worked in precision environments where clarity and vision are the keys to success. Andrej has conducted secondary research for the financial services, healthcare and consulting industries. As the answer man, he is proficient with VPI’s subscription to Hoover’s, discovering the “difficult-to-find” information. He excels where innovation and a new perspective are required. As an unconventional and provocative thinker, he sees the big picture and the details required to evaluate success. His customer-first philosophy results in long-term relationships and his ability to partner has assisted numerous organizations in developing business, increasing revenues and optimizing learning.
Andrej owned and sold a successful a transportation services business after 13 years before joining VPI’s pool of resources. He is successful ice hockey coach and transfers his strength-based view of teamwork to client engagements. He is also adept at understanding and navigating cross-cultural issues having been directly exposed to ten different cultures in the last 25 years. Andrej actively speaks and writes two languages. He is a graduate of Chomutov College in Chomutov, Czech Republic specializing in construction and architecture and also attended Kadan Construction/Architecture College.
